叶山由奈（茅原实里 配音）是一个扎着双马尾的眼镜娘，外表可爱的她却有着一个令人匪夷所思的秘密——对青春期少女的内衣格外的执着，一旦发现有人穿了不合时宜的内衣，无论如何都控制不住的想要去提醒对方。就因为这样的执着，在学校中流传着许多关于由奈的流言蜚语。 　　为了证实这些流言，运动健将神宫寺弥子（寿美菜子 配音）伙同同班同学白石遥（矢作纱友里 配音）偷偷的观察由奈的一举一动，却在一次意外中被由奈看到了内衣的款式。通过和由奈的深交，弥子和遥逐渐领悟到了正确穿着内衣对于女孩的重大意义。在老师水野环（大原沙耶香 配音）的帮助下，一个叫做“内衣部”的同好会应运而生。
